Disclaimer

Rajat Gupta and Gregory Earls are members of the investor group of Parichute, LLC, ParichuteConnect, and ParichuteDonate, LLC. Mr. Gupta and Mr. Earls were responsible for organizing the charters of Parichute, LLC, ParichuteConnect, and ParichuteDonate, LLC, and they played a key role in arranging the financing for these entities. However, they do not hold formal roles in the daily operations of Parichute or any of its subsidiaries.

We feel it is important to note that nearly 15 years ago, Rajat and 25 years ago, Gregory had SEC violations. At the time, Rajat was the CEO, Emeritus of McKinsey & Company and Chairman of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Advisory Board. Gregory was the CEO of US Technologies and served as the volunteer President of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington (DC) and St. John’s Community Services, the oldest nonprofit in Washington, D.C. Both Rajat and Gregory were involved in independent securities violations with the SEC.

Since that time, both individuals have moved forward with their careers and personal lives, dedicating themselves to efforts that contribute positively to their communities and the world at large. As impact investors, they are focused on making meaningful contributions to social causes, supporting organizations and initiatives that drive positive change, and ensuring that their investments help create a lasting, positive impact. Their current work reflects a commitment to using their resources and expertise to support transformative projects that align with their values of responsibility, integrity, and community engagement.

Parichute, LLC, and its subsidiaries are fully committed to transparency, ethical business practices, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. We prioritize the needs of our nonprofit partners and operate with a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and dedication to furthering our mission of supporting nonprofit fundraising efforts.
